Dr. Thomas J. Dobleman, Otolaryngologist and Head and Neck Surgeon, is specialized in the medical and surgical treatment of head and neck disorders including head and neck cancer. He is the Director of Head and Neck Surgery at Creighton University School of Medicine and the Medical Director of The Dobleman Head and Neck Cancer Institute. He specializes in:

Adult and Pediatric Ear, Nose & Throat disorders
Head and Neck Cancer and Reconstructive surgery
Head and Neck Skin Cancer
Nasal and sinus surgery including balloon sinuplasty

A native of San Francisco, Dr. Dobleman has practiced in Nebraska since 1990. He attended medical school at the University of California at Los Angeles Medical Center. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Chicago and then completed his fellowship at the University of Chicago in Head and Neck Cancer and Reconstructive Surgery.

Doug Larsen PA-C is a Certified Physician Assistant, receiving his Master's degree with honors from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Doug brings over 14 years of general/family practice experience to Dr. Dobleman's practice. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Physician Assistants in Otorhinolaryngology.
